Dr Anne Dornhorst is a Consultant Physician and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Endocrinology and Diabetes within the Imperial College Hospital with an interest in all aspects of adult diabetes. She is the Senior Diabetologist for Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals.

Dr Dornhorst received her Doctorate of Medicine from Oxford University and her clinical training from the John Hopkins University in Maryland, USA and at St Mary's Hospital London. She has published extensively in the field of Diabetes in Pregnancy and has been a member of the National Guideline Committees on the management of Diabetes in Pregnancy.

Hugo Henderson MA MB BS FRCOphth is a Consultant Ophthalmic and Oculoplastic Surgeon in London, super specialising in ophthalmic and reconstructive plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures such as cosmetic eyelid surgery and brow lifts.

Mr Henderson trained as an undergraduate at Oxford University and Guys and St Thomas' Hospital. He completed his specialist training in Ophthalmology at Moorfields Eye Hospital and undertook sub-specialist fellowships in Oculoplastic Surgery at Moorfields and at the multi-disciplinary Craniofacial Unit in the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

One of the few pioneering practitioners to have a comprehensive multi-disciplinary training in this field marrying plastic surgery tissue management techniques with specialist eye management procedures, Mr Henderson is the Clinical Director of Ophthalmology at the Royal Free Hospital, responsible for a department of 12 Ophthalmologists, and also runs the Oculoplastic Service and Direct Referral Cataract Service.

Mr Henderson is fully involved in teaching student, junior eye surgeons, and allied specialists. He is a student advisor, teaches junior surgeons and trains a full time Clinical Fellow in Oculoplastic and Cataract Surgery. Before being appointed Clinical Director of Ophthalmology at The Royal Free Hospital he was the College Tutor and is on the Executive Board of The London KSS School of Ophthalmology, the largest training organisation for ophthalmology in the UK. He is a member of the multi-diciplinary Subcranial Facial Surgery Team managing complex facial surgery at The Royal Free Hospital.
