Ask Dr Jenny: Some of my friends make their own cocktails by mixing high-energy nonalcoholic drinks, like Red Bull, with alcohol. They like it because they feel wide awake and drunk, whereas alcohol alone makes you sleepy. Are such cocktails safe?
